CLEAR SCOPE. CLEAR PRICE.

Know the first step before you take it.

Every service starts small and fixed. The bigger work is priced in writing once we both understand the problem.

Indicative prices, not quotes.

These ranges show where typical engagements start. The price you pay is fixed in a written proposal before work begins, and covers the scope, schedule, third-party costs, and applicable tax.

WHAT CHANGES THE PRICE?

The details behind the proposal.

We make assumptions visible so you can make informed decisions. If the scope changes, we explain the effect on cost and timing before doing the extra work.

Product complexity

How much behaviour, design, and testing the work needs.

State of the code

What can be reused, what is risky, and what needs repair.

Integrations & data

The systems involved, data migration, and the failure cases to handle.

Risk & responsibility

Security, uptime, and liability expectations for the finished work.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Fair questions.

01Why start with a paid diagnosis?

Because a quote for fixing code nobody has looked at is a guess. The diagnosis gives you a ranked list of problems and a fixed-price repair plan. The findings are yours to keep, whoever does the repair work.

02How do you estimate price and timeline?

Every service starts with a small, fixed-fee first step: a diagnosis, discovery, or workflow audit. That step gives us what we need for a written proposal with assumptions, milestones, and a change process before any larger work begins.

03How do you price an MVP?

Discovery and a prototype come first, each at a fixed fee. Then we agree milestones with a price for each, so you approve the build one step at a time instead of signing up for one large number.

04Who owns the code and infrastructure?

Ownership, intellectual property, and account access are set out in the agreement. Our approach is to make handover practical, with source code, documentation, and access clearly covered. Third-party licences still apply.

Let’s find the right first step.

Either way, let’s talk. A short description is all it takes to find the next step.
